Petere Bernstein did a great job of introducing mathematical masterminds such as Louis Bachelier; the inventor of stochastic analysis concepts, the birth of Dow Jones, the creation of S&P 500 index by Alfred Cowles, Portfolio Selection by Harry Markowitz and many other financial and statistical intellects.
