***UPDATE – 31st August 2010***

I wasn’t happy with the quality of my original upload (it was my first attempt at a scan and upload), so I have added an IMPROVED version to the mirrors section.  The improved version features: Cropped pages, cleaned pages (background whitened and text darkened), and bookmarks have been added.  It’s also now in rar (see help section for password).

It’s still not fantastic, but it’s better than the original.  One day in the future, I’ll scan the book again in colour and at a higher resolution.  I’ll then ask for this version to be removed completely.

IMPROVED file size: 9.6mb in rar (12mb when opened)

IMPROVED file type: pdf in rar

Thanks.
