This is a beautiful book on a very simple concept. There are several projects to try out and an interesting section in the front about designing your own quilts. I have not yet ordered some of the color setting products, so have only been creating the designs and not coloring. You may be able to substitute other color fixers but I would suggest testing on very small samples and then washing them repeatedly to see what the results are.
Go through the different topics given in the textbook and write. Don't just think and move on, actually write your answers. This is a paper based examination so you will have to write down your response on paper, so you would want to practice writing long essays in time. Try to get your responses checked by someone you feel is good at english, so that they can suggest improvements, tell you about your grammatical mistakes if any.
