Cosmo Girl February 2007 CosmoGIRL! is an American magazine based in New York City. The teenage spin-off of Cosmopolitan, it targets teenage girls and features fashion and celebrities. It is published 10 times a year and reaches 8 million readers. The editor-in-chief is Susan Schulz.
