The Book of Days is a resource book of skills material based around particular days of the year. The material is intended to provide a diversion from the main course book by offering innovative listening, reading and discussion texts designed primarily to stimulate conversation and at the same time inform learners of the origins and customs of world festival days. The Book of Days is aimed primarily at adults and young adults at intermediate to upper-intermediate level but could also be adapted for use with other levels
This disk contains printable extension activities for use with the Student’s Book and Teacher’s Edition. The purpose of the activities is to tailor the Student’s Book material to best fit your teaching style and beliefs and to best meet the needs of your students. The activities can be used in addition to the material in the Student’s Book or can provide an alternative type of presentation or practice opportunity. All the activities are optional and are not needed for the complete course.
