Eleventh Hour (2008) SF - Thriller TV Mini-Series Completed

Eleventh Hour (2008) SF - Thriller TV Mini-Series CompletedIt is an American remake of  the British mini-series from 2006 (the one of 4 episodes only, starring Patrick Stewart aka Captain Picard from the Starship Enterprise :P)). The American series of 18 episodes is definitely more Hollywoodian in style, and adressed to younger  public. A government scientist and his attractive counterpart try to save people from deadly scientific experiments...  Amateurs of science thrillers, X-Files and secrets-and-evil-scientists will enjoy it.

Technically SpeakingCell phones, airbags, genetically modified food, and the Internet - these are all emblems of modern life. You might ask what we would do without them. But an even more interesting question might be what would we do if we had to actually explain how they worked? The United States is riding a whirlwind of technological change. To be sure, there have been periods, such as the late 1800s, when new inventions appeared in society at a comparable rate.
