This book is a summary of the knowledge and experience accumulated work in the field of physics and technology of thin organic films, organic-inorganic nanostructures, and chemical and biosensing. Initially the book was planned as a research monograph, but it introduced a quite substantial scientific background in every chapter in order to make the subject more understandable for a wide scientific audience.
