Each unit of the book presents a different aspect of the country, illustrated in full colour with helpful maps and charts. Comprehension Questions guide the students to examine the information closely and draw their own conclusions about key issues. At the end of each unit there is an interview, recorded on cassette, in which the speakers talk about their own varied experiences of life in Britain.
