Lara Adrian’s Midnight Breed series goes from strength to strength. Midnight Awakening is the third novel in the vampire romance series and possibly the best to date. The story in Midnight Awakening follows on shortly after where Kiss of Crimson left off, and concentrates on the romance between Tegan, a dangerously cold Gen One warrior vampire, and Elise, a breedmate who has lost both her husband and her son to Rogue vampires.

Like Kiss of Midnight, Kiss of Crimson is another fast paced page turner with plenty of exciting Rogue slaying action and heart stopping romance in just the right proportions.
Betsy Taylor is back in this sequel to Undead and Unwed. Not willing to "live" off her friends, she lands her dream job selling shoes at Macy's, much to the dismay of her consort/King, Eric Sinclair, who is as loyal, protective and hot as ever. Not that Betsy has any interest in him (or does she?). And now, vampires in her kingdom are being attacked and staked by a mysterious gang. Can she solve the mystery in time to save her kingdom? Can she stop spending all her wages on shoes?
Aussie Rules is a light and fun contemporary romance that’s perfect for the summer. Shalvis does a wonderful job of creating a realistic airport setting and populates the story with memorable secondary characters. Oftentimes contemporary romances have suspenseful subplots that detract from the main romance, but this fast-paced romance is thoroughly enjoyable.
