Using Literature in the EFL Classroom is a guide aimed at supporting and encouraging EFL teachers to introduce literary texts in their Secondary Education and/or Bachillerato lessons. It provides interesting information about CLT, in relation to the introduction of literature in the EFL classroom. It also includes different tools to select those literary texts and genres that are more adequate to our didactic purposes. Moreover, it contains proposals about different authors and a great variety of texts we recommend for all the stages of Secondary Education and Bachillerato along with some examples of tasks to exploit them while working on the main lingustic skills.
