What do you want in life. Every AUTHOR asks you this. What do you expect to get in life. You want happiness. You want confidence. It's all there in you. Then why you feel you don't have it. Because at some level inside you feel that you don't have it. You feel that you are not satisfied. You follow every self help book you know and still you feel dissatisfied. Still you want more of what you wanted earlier because you don't have it yet.
You THOUGHT you will get what you want and you still THINK you will get what you want. You THOUGHT you will be what you want and you still THINK you will be what you want.
Lemme ask you why you don't have what you want and you still are looking for it. It's nothing but dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction for nothing. I had gone through any self help book that you name but could not find what I wanted. I thought this will work that will work and they used to work, but again in the due course my mind would wander and my old thinking habits will return to normal and I could not know how to be positive all day through. It used to feel awful to force yourself into thinking positive. It was a hard work. Hard work is always pressure. I used the same positive thought everytime but everytime I would feel differently. I would feel more better at some times and less better at some times and some times even thinking positive would not help at all. Then once I came through this audio book by Barry long which tells you on how to stop thinking. I was so irritated on listening to the tape. To be frank it feels really disturbing o listen t a tape which teaches you how to stop thinking, which you may think you can never do. But one fact, one known fact can change your perspective. You stop your thought every often. It's the feeling that are flowing. One man cannot hold on to a train of thought for more than 30seconds. After thirty seconds its always a new thought. The new thought may be related to the first one, but it's a whole new though and this new thought can be any thing. So what am suggesting here is that the pause is what you hold on to and then u extend the pause for as long as you like. You can read more of it in the book. And no matter what emotion you want, be happy, be confident or whatever, u easily create it with effortlessness because thinking after a long pause gives you a rush. I suggest you go thru the PDF file first before going thru the audio session.
