Rull's Dual Dictionary
Rull's Dual Dictionary это двунаправленный словарь, программа для локального компьютера, работающая под Windows 95/98/NT/2000. Его основное назначение - быстрый перевод при работе с электроннымии документами. Слово Dual в названии означает способность легкого получения обратного перевода для каждого найденного слова, что в какой-то мере компенсирует отсутствие толкований и примеров использования. При разработке данного словаря основной упор делался на скорость его работы, простоту и удобство использования.
Программа и все словарные базы распространяются бесплатно.
Rull's Dual Dictionary is a bidirectional dictionary. It is a stand-alone application for Windows 95/98/NT/2000. It was designed to translate words and expressions quickly when you are working with electronic documents. The word "Dual" means you can see equivalents of your words in another language and their translations back into the original language simultaneously and vice versa. When I was making it I paid attention to its simpleness and comfort in use.

The program and dictionaries are distributed freely.
