Pierwsza to część leksykalna, składająca się z piętnastu tematów i zawierająca słownictwo stanowiące podstawę zadań egzaminacyjnych.  Część egzaminacyjna to część druga, w której znajdują się zadania sprawdzające wiadomości i umiejętności zapisane w trzech obszarach standardów wymagań egzaminacyjnych.
