Las Vegas is known the world over as an oasis of entertainment in the Nevada desert, but to more than a million people of exceptionally varied origins, it is also home. Yet this city is rarely mentioned in studies of ethnicity or immigration, and the rich diversity of its population is largely invisible to Las Vegans and visitors alike. Whoever watched the CSI series, has a fair impression of the complicated issues in this town.

Even if you start out with a brain that's operating perfectly well, by the time you're halfway through these 36 whodunit puzzles you'll be lucky if you can remember your name! You start by getting caught up in an argument among some musicians, and try to find out who started it; then the dispute turns more serious, when one of the choir members gets murdered. Later, a friendly game of cards features a bit of cheating that leads to a killing; and then a backstage whistling incident causes still another death.
This is the frst booklet in a series of four with pictures drawn by a native Finnish artist, Petra Bergström and a Canadian artist who resides in Finland, Annette Hansen. The booklet contains 25 worksheets, which include fve bonus worksheets: a description of differences/similarities (three worksheets) and “What is wrong” (two worksheets) plus 25 A4 pictures.
