THE RENAISSANCE (The English renaissance)

The term Renaissance means “Rebirth”. The movement had its origin in Italy and it gradually spread throughout Europe.    

The movement had significant influence over the English Literature.
Renaissance was a period in European history, from the 14th to the 17th century, regarded as the cultural bridge between the Middle Ages and modem history.
