I have completed a new project and decided to share it here. No soap stuff let's get it directly:
If you learn English you probably watch english movies with subtitles. It has been proven as the most effective ways of learning. Though it's pretty hard to learn a language like this systematically. You just read and listen to the words that are mostly within the grasp of the movie meaning.
So I decided — why not to take the best of it and create a whole system for learning. The result was All words are sorted by popularity of usage, each word has it's translation, video part and subtitles are used to show how the word is used. Some languages have the audio pronunciation of a word separately from it's video. It was pretty easy to create the service with the help of YouTube and it's subtitles functionality. Google dictionary is used for translations.
