The Backpack CD-ROMs contain a wide variety of engaging activities to support the books. These include listening, reading and singing activities. Children love these CD-ROMs.
The CD-ROM is included free with some versions of the Student Book and sometimes with the Workbook. Look out for this, don't buy the CD-ROM separately.
Like the books, they are available in British English and US English versions. This is the British English version.
This version of the CD-ROM (published in 2005) seems to crash quite often with Windows Vista. Hopefully, later editions (2009 and Backpack Gold in 2010) have resolved this problem.
