The book is written by a native-English teacher who have taught English (IELTS) many years in China. By providing the test format, the useful experiences while the author is an IELTS examiner. Furthermore, the book also give main tips/analysis for each part of the test. This book is highly recommended for those who is taking IELTS.

Thiederman, a speaker on workplace diversity and author of Profiting in America's Multicultural Marketplace, offers practical ways everyone can be more aware of their biases, stereotypes and negative attitudes. It's essential, according to the author, that everyone, from low-level employee to business owner and executive, be more mindful of diversity in order to communicate more effectively, manage others and be more successful at work. Biases hurt everyone because they hinder decision making, hiring and keeping workers.
It's not a book to dip into. It's more like an intensive course in book-form. In fact it does seem rather that authors simply combined their lecture notes and wrote them up into book form - eg page 22: "That's probably enough for today. Give these ideas a try and let me know how it goes. And speak up in class if you see that we need to go over something". But that doesn't detract (in fact it makes the author appear more human!) and adds to the atmosphere of it being a taught course not a reference book.
With an understanding of budgetary processes and pressures, this book explores how aid developed in America and plays out for students and schools alike. Through an engaging narrative the book's author blends stories with data.
