Made from scratch, from the original files.
Improvements:
- Recovered about 100 entries lost in the previous conversion.
- Original layout (tables, points, numbers, etc.)
- Restored all original special characters ("ś", "ā", etc.)
- Some phonetic symbols needed special IPA fonts which were not shown on mobile devices (i.e. GoldenDict for Android), so I decided to preserve the related GIF images.

Three files:
1) AHD4 (91955 Entries) + 1055 Images ("abacus", "abbey", ...) (56MB)
2) AHD4 without any images (91955 Entries, 11MB)
3) AHD4 Images in a separate BGL glossary (1055 Images, 44MB)
