NOTICE: Here I have the CD-ROM only. Sorry about that! I got the kit when I attended the Propell™ Workshop for TOEFL® iBT last summer. I can only upload the CD-ROM and can't scan the books. I have made an image file and added it to a rar file then split it. Also I have attached here the software to combine the parts. Thanks if you guys can upload the books or make mirrors.
