- acknowledgements

- payment (incl. delay in payment = reminders, special terms of payment like documentary collection=
- complaints and dealing with them effectively
As specials topics, students learn to write
- credit enquiries (ask for and answer)
- contracts for sales representatives / agency agreements
Each unit starts with sample correspondence followed by background information on the subject area covered (e.g methods of payment in international trade, INCOTERMS) from Business Management. After that typical vocabulary including collocation, prepositions etc are trained.
Last but not least sample case studies on the basis of prompts either in English OR in German are designed to train the skills aquired on practical cases.
The material is provided in two qualities
- zip file of all jpg raw scans of each double page
- pdf file produced on that basis. Unfortunately this transformation has led to a loss in quality. PLUS the pages are as double pages only. If anyone can separate the double page scans into individual files, this will be most appreciated.
