The Activity Book features all the songs but one, “Good Morning”. There are 3 kinds of activities for the young learner to do. The section called “A song for you” is usually a picture which introduces the subject or story of the song and can be used to help pre-teach or practise vocabulary and structures from the song. For some of the songs there are finger puppets or doll-puppets to cut out and make before the children learn the song. “Fun to do” is a section of puzzles involving simple reading and writing tasks, which the child can do once he or she has learned the song. “Something new” is an extra activity to do as follow-up work to a song. All of the pictures in this highly illustrated book can be coloured in by the child.
