The Grammar of Acehnese on the Basis of A Dialect of North Aceh

There are certainly many various problems connected with the Acehnese language. Mark Durie has brought them and a lot of material for their study onto the researchers'desks in the form of "A Grammar of Acehnese" which presents a very good result of his own labour and of the efforts of those who gave aid to him.

This work is a PhD dissertation of an Acehnese scholar. In fact, this is the only Grammar of Acehnese written by Acehnese after Durie (An Australian).
