The English Verb: An Exploration of Structure and Meaning
This is not a conventional grammar book. It is intended mostiy for teachers who are teaching English as a foreign language, and also for students who have been confused by teachers, textbooks or other grammar books. It is not a comprehensive grammar the second part of the book discusses the basic structure of English verbs. It examines, chapter by chapter, the important basic “building bricks” of the English verb. Again, it does not cover all possible verb forms. It does, however, discuss the important underlying ideas of English verbs in detail.
By reading in this book, one develops internal observations and approaches that did not previously exist within. This book is intended for contemplation of spiritual terms. To the extent that we are integrated with these terms, we begin to unveil the spiritual structure that surrounds us, almost as if a mist had been lifted.
The Golden Science Guides were instrumental in sparking my interest in science when I was a kid, and my favorite was what I called "the weather book." Though this book hails from a time when weather satellites were brand-new and El Nino meant nothing to non-Spanish speakers, it nonetheless offers much valuable information about basic concepts in meteorology, clearly explained with simple yet beautiful illustrations.

Even if you know many of the words in this audio, you can challenge yourself by trying to guess the answer as soon as question is over and before answer is given. This will improve your ability to get the right word quickly and you are more likely use the words learned here in regular conversations.
