Eva lives and teaches yoga in the living rooms of Brooklyn and New York City, where her classes are an excititing blend of East and West, energy and relaxation, and strong and soft. Certified to teach prenatal, post partum, restorative yoga and yoga for children, she created Living Room Yoga after completing an intensive basic and advanced teacher training in India. Based on lyengar's principals of alignment, this workout includes movement (vinyasa), breathing exercises (pranayama), and yoga calisthetics to help strengthen the body and mind.
