"Family Law, 5th Edition" includes state-specific assignments, allowing students to identify state-specific law for the major themes covered. Legal analysis assignments also help students apply the substantive law principles discussed in each chapter. There are checklists, sample forms, and exhibits, which help students identify practical uses of the material, and resources for further study are provided.
