This is one of the best TOEFL
or TOEIC books I have seen, and the best I have used definitely. There
are 30 lessons, and most can be done in 1 hour, or up to 2 if you have
a lot of discussion or slow students. It can even be used for advanced
students as a brush up and conversation/listening book. The CD's are
good and it contains exercises and explanations for listening, reading,
identifying photos, etc.
The Grammar of English Grammars, with an introduction historical and critical; the whole methodically
arranged and amply illustrated; with forms of correcting and of
parsing, improprieties for correction, examples for parsing, questions
for examination, exercises for writing, observations for the advanced
student, decisions and proofs for the settlement of disputed points,
occasional strictures and defences, an exhibition of the several
methods of analysis, and a key to the oral exercises: to which are
added four appendixes, pertaining separately to the four parts of
grammar.
A set of 15 little books about Tommy, teaching materials with lots of pictures, different activities, text and exercises to the book. Designed for low-level pupils.
