A History of Diplomacy

Our diplomatic tradition dates back to the cities of ancient Greece, where messengers known as “heralds” were the first diplomats. However, the author succeeds in fulfilling the mandate for a book of this kind. It is what it claims to be, no more, no less: an informative, how-to guide.
