The Motivator- photocopiable activities and songs
The Motivator is divided into units which correspond to those in the Students’ Book. Each unit finishes with two Roundup activities designed to revise language. The book contains a mix of puzzles, problem-solving exercises and information-gap activities which provide extra, lively and stimulating material which can be used in class as a short fun reinforcement of language.
The English Verb: An Exploration of Structure and Meaning
This is not a conventional grammar book. It is intended mostiy for teachers who are teaching English as a foreign language, and also for students who have been confused by teachers, textbooks or other grammar books. It is not a comprehensive grammar the second part of the book discusses the basic structure of English verbs. It examines, chapter by chapter, the important basic “building bricks” of the English verb. Again, it does not cover all possible verb forms. It does, however, discuss the important underlying ideas of English verbs in detail.
