TeachingBetter.com is our new website for ALL language teachers (not just English), and for ALL language learners, too! This is the website where YOU can share your favourite links related to learning languages, vote and comment on the ones you like. Let me explain how this works:-people share their favourite links to language-teaching and language-learning websites or even individual pages (stories) on websites. -others view the links and vote them up or down, depending on whether they find the useful or not. TeachingBetter.com was launched as a replacement and expansion of the Englishtips' 'Websites' category, that is why all the English-learning and English-teaching websites were moved there. They are not gone - they just got a new, better home :) The 'Websites' link in the navigation menu is now pointing directly at teachingbetter.com. You are welcome to share your own stories/links to your favourite websites at teachingbetter.com - we encourage you to do so! We are sure that many of you are also learning or teaching languages other that English and have bookmarked a lot of useful websites - do share them. And remember - sharing is caring! Now, here's what happens after you have submitted you link: it goes straight to the 'Upcoming' category, but is not displayed on the main page just yet. To go to the main page it will need to collect several votes from other users (currently two, but this number may change in future). You cannot vote for the site you are submitting - your vote is added automatically.

In this tragic play, Lear, a ruler in pre-Christian Britain, is described as a "very foolish old man." Grossly misjudging his daughters, he endures a harrowing experience and emerges as a man "more sinned against than sinning." This most tragic of Shakespearean plays speaks to us repeatedly about fate and chance, destiny and the gods. But we also are reminded that humanity has free will — and King Lear's choices lead to madness.
Enhance your reading of King Lear and save valuable studying time — all at once — with CliffsComplete King Lear.
