One of the popular series of the publishing house "Knowledge", focused on independent study of the English language. In particular, the “English Learner's Library” is a book series that was published from February 1995 to December 2012 with the support of the Renaissance Foundation (Soros Foundation). It was issued as an addendum to the newspaper “English Learner's Digest” and included the publication of works of English and American writers, as well as manuals for teaching reading in English. The publisher pleases readers with wonderful translations of foreign classics and modern bestsellers, and also actively promotes the practice of reading literature in the original language. Despite the relatively small age, the publishing house is very popular among readers, which is explained by the wide range of offered fiction and non-fiction literature. Now the series has a logical continuation in the form of separate series “English Library” and “American Library”. Thus, the series began to form not on the basis of language, but on the basis of the country of origin of the author.
