Anita Bean is one of the UK’s most respected nutritionists and award-winning authors, specialising in sports nutrition, children’s nutrition and weight management. She has written 20 best-selling books, broadcasts regularly on TV and radio, contributes to numerous newspapers and magazines, presents seminars and provides a consultancy for corporate clients.
Anita Bean is a registered nutritionist (RNutr) with a degree in nutrition and food science from Surrey University. She is a member of the Nutrition Society and the Guild of Health Writers. She has worked as a freelance nutritionist and health writer since 1990, having previously worked in health education and as a nutrition communicator for the National Dairy Council.
