About my work on the book: Since this book was too large I've decided to remove background and to decompress it. Because of that, on the bottom on some pages you'll find where the inscription saying 'Digitized by Microsoft' should be looking a bit blury and sometimes barely recognizable. That's normal and always happenining during the compression.
